More trees coming to Etna in Fall 2021

The latest round of tree plantings will take place on Saturday, November 13th (time and meeting to be announced). In all, 35 trees will be planted on this day. This tree planting, like past plantings, is made possible through the Borough of Etna's grant award from Allegheny County Health Department for Air Quality work. Each planting has been completed in collaboration with Tree Pittsburgh.


Planting will take place at the following locations:

· Etna Towne Center (~13 trees)

· Side of ball field on Sullivan Way (~3 trees)

· Back right of ball field (~3 trees)

· 37 High Street (1 tree)

· Sherman Street residence (~15 trees)


To get involved in this tree planting event, please sign up here. As per COVID-19 guidelines, volunteers will be required to complete a liability waiver.
